Our classroom project is guided by the generosity and talent of architect German Rodriguez,  who donated his time and expertise to support our community. Traveling all the way from Tegucigalpa, Honduras capital,  to the village, he spent time understanding our needs and designing classrooms that will provide a safe, functional, and inspiring environment for students.

The video was filmed by Nahun Escoto, who we contacted through social . His Facebook page, Honduras-Nativo,  shares captivating images of traditional and folkloric scenes from rural areas. Nahun generously offered his time and skills to help us share the reality and the need of this community with others.

PROJECTS

Honduras

Building Two Classrooms in

the mountains of San Sebastian, Comayagua, Honduras.

Our goal is to construct two classrooms for 7th and 8th grade. The students do not have enough space, forcing one of the grades to hold classes outside under the porch. This project aims to provide children with a safe and supportive learning environment, giving them the opportunity to receive a quality education in a proper classroom.

Access to education in this region is limited, with many children facing challenges such as overcrowded classrooms, poor infrastructure, and limited resources. Many of the students also travel long distances which discourage them from continuing their education path. By constructing these new classrooms, we are not only creating a space for learning but also fostering hope and opportunity for future generations.
